We ship from the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, Spain... Your order will always be shipped from the nearest warehouse!

Orders typically arrive in 2, 5, or 7 business days, depending on your location. (Delivery dates are estimates)

refunds
If you receive a faulty product or the wrong size for your order, you will either receive the correct one or be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

If the package is lost in transit, you will be refunded or we will send the same items again according to our refund policies.

returns

All sales are final, but if there is a problem or concern with a product, please contact us.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
